Some programmes are purely YOGA, some are purely STRENGTH but most are The Yoga Rebel Method - a perfect blend of both!
From 3-30 days long, each programme comes with a day-by-day plan for you to follow to help you know exactly what to do and when, and improve your consistency to training!
If you're more of a free bird and would rather create your own schedule, you can pick your own classes from our collection of over 450 videos, easily narrowing your search down using the filters such as length, level or body part focus.

These are just 4 of the programmes you will gain access to as a member of The Yoga Rebel Studio.

Programme: Evolve
Evolve are our most popular Yoga Rebel Method programmes here in the Studio!
They are a blend of mobility-focused strength training workouts alongside yoga and mobility classes.
Mobility-focused strength training = specific exercises that utilise a full range of movement at a joint to simultaneously build strength and flexibility.
These programmes are designed for home-workouts (i.e. minimal equipment) but include exercise swaps for gym equipment for those who prefer to training in a gym facility.
There are currently 10 different Evolve programmes to choose from, each with a particular focus, from 'Upper Body Strength' to 'Grow Your Glutes', from 'Foundations' for beginners to 'Intermediates' for those with more experience.
Each programme has a different number of days per week, from 3 to 6 so you can find one that suits your needs.
Evolve strength training workouts are self guided. This means you are given a video tutorial of each exercise where I teach you your correct form (like the video above!), you are provided a training log to guide you on how many reps, sets and rest to take and you do this workout at your own speed!
The yoga and mobility classes are follow-along with me (like the video example on the left!).
Evolve strength workouts are around 30-40 minutes long, and the yoga/mobility classes range from 10-45 minutes.
Each strength workout includes a guided dynamic warm up and a cool-down stretch.
The structure of these programmes is intelligently designed to ensure your yoga and mobility classes compliment your strength training and aid your recovery, as well as help you target areas of the body that strength training falls short of.

Programme: Fast Flexibility
This programme is about working smarter not harder!
Flexibility has been widely studied, and time and time again, the techniques used in this programme have been shown to give us the fastest results!

Suitable for all levels, whether you're brand new to flexibility, or trying to close the gap in your front splits. This technique is effective for all levels and doesn't require you to get into advanced, fancy positions.
Follow the 6-week plan, taking 4 classes per week, with each class only 15 minutes long.
The results you can achieve with just 1 hour of stretching per week are forever surprising our members!
Programme: Sculpt
There are TWO Sculpt Programmes here in The Livinleggings Studio, each are 6 weeks long.
These programmes combine circuit-style strength training with yoga/mobility classes.
Think of Sculpt as a similar programme to LIFT, except the strength classes are follow-along with me and much higher intensity, incorporating cardiovascular fitness alongside the strength training.

Feel like you're training with a buddy as you workout in real-time with me, being guided by my form cues and motivation along the way!
The only equipment you will need is dumbbells and a resistance band.
You'll find THREE mobility-focused strength training classes per week plus TWO yoga classes.
Take the suggested yoga classes OR substitute them for another of your choosing from the 450+ available to you.
There are two 'options' days per week for you to either rest, participate in other activities that you enjoy or take additional classes from the Studio - your choice!

Programme: The Handstand Plan
No prior experience is needed to take this programme and get started on your way to mastering a handstand!
This 30-day programme has a class everyday for you to build the necessary strength, flexibility and SKILL to learn to do a handstand.
Alongside strength building, you’ll learn how to conquer your fear of falling, how to use eye-drills to improve your balance and various different ways to learn to kick up so you can find the one that works for you!
Each class is between 10 and 45 minutes.
This is not an advanced handstand programme and does not cover pressing into handstand (where you lift the legs up without a kick or any momentum).
This is for beginners to learn the foundations and take you from never-before all the way to freestanding away from a wall.
There are 4 levels of ‘Learn to Kick Up’ classes which get progressively more advanced, and YOU decide when to move on to the next level as your skill and confidence grows. This programme meets you where you’re at!
