How much time do I need for each class?
Classes range from 5 to 75 minutes.
So whether you have a full hour or just a short window, you can always find something that fits your day.

Can I use this in the gym?
Yes.
While most programmes are designed to be home-workout friendly, you can absolutely use them in a gym setting.
There are exercise swaps included within the EVOLVE programmes, as well as a dedicated EVOLVE: Gym programme.
Is there a free trial?
