Does This Sound Like You?

• You're not completely new to fitness...

• And you're certainly not lazy...

• But figuring out how best to approach your fitness routine has never felt very easy.

Maybe right now, you're working out regularly and being super consistent.

Or maybe you've fallen out of the habit and you're trying to find your way back again.

You've tried different workouts, followed various ideas you've seen online and perhaps even tried to piece everything together yourself.

But even when you ARE consistent, you can't help wondering... "shouldn't all this effort be getting me further?"

With so much conflicting fitness advice out there, it's hard to know what actually works and what's just another trend.

The problem isn't that you don't care or aren't willing to put in the work.

It's that you're still not completely sure what you should actually be doing to get the results you want.

You're not lacking effort.

You're lacking a clear training strategy.

THERE'S A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EXERCISING AND TRAINING.

Exercise is brilliant. But if you want to get stronger, improve mobility and build a body that gives you confidence and the capability to do all the things you love as you get older, simply 'doing workouts' isn't enough.

That's why so many women can put in plenty of effort, yet still feel frustrated by their {lack of!} results.

The push ups never seem to get easier.
The tight hamstrings never seem to get more flexible.
Your strength, muscle definition or body composition never seem to change.

Because creating change requires giving your body a reason to adapt.

That's where training comes in.

Training means your workouts have a specific purpose and place in your week. They build on one another. You repeat certain movements, gradually increase the challenge and give your body the consistent stimulus it needs to adapt.

And this matters because what you do with your body now helps shape what it will be capable of in the future.

FOR THE NEXT 10 WEEKS, LET ME TAKE CARE OF THE PLAN.

You don't need to figure out which workouts to do, what exercises to include, when to progress your movements or where yoga and mobility fit.

I've already done that for you.

For 10 weeks, you'll follow a structured training plan designed to help you get stronger, improve mobility and actually see what happens when you train.

You just turn up. I'll take care of the rest!

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR TRAINING HAS A PLAN.

The results that participants achieved from previous 10 week challenges weren't from doing more workouts across their week, training every day nor pushing themselves to exhaustion.

They were simply the outcome of following a structured 10 week plan where strength, yoga and mobility were purposefully scheduled into their routine.

Because when you stop exercising and start training, your effort can finally start taking you somewhere.

This works so well for me as it takes away the confusion and pressure of figuring out what exercises to do and how.

C

Claudia

My biggest improvements are in mobility, flexibility and the fact I can lift so much more weight. This gives me so much confidence in my body that I’m stronger than I ever thought.

M

Martina

I’ve been training for a long time, but I think I was doing it in a rather unstructured way. I really like following this routine - it fits perfectly into my daily life.

"It sounds dramatic, but training with Liv has completely changed my life!

The way I see myself has completely changed - I feel stronger, more confident, and more capable than I’ve ever been.

The shift in my mindset from 'I can't', to 'just watch me' is an amazing feeling ☺️ "

Lisa, 34

I'VE MADE THE FITNESS MISTAKES SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO.

For years, I thought a good workout was one that burned the most calories.

Then I found yoga and, for the first time, discovered what it felt like to move my body because I actually enjoyed it.

But after breaking a rib and discovering my bone density was problematically low, I found strength training and began to understand just how important building strength, muscle and physical capacity is as we get older.

But I still didn't get everything right.

I went through years of doing too much: daily workouts, sweaty HIIT circuits, constantly pushing harder and believing that more must be better.

I was tired, regularly injured and, despite all that effort, wasn't actually improving at anything.

Eventually, education and experience taught me what I wish I'd known much sooner:

More isn't always better.
Rest is part of the plan.
Sweat and calorie burn don't measure a workout's effectiveness.
And exercising hard isn't the same as training effectively.

Now my mission is to make that journey easier for other women.

To cut through the noise, teach you what actually matters and why, and give you a plan that helps you build a strong, mobile and capable body you're proud to live in, now and for decades to come.

Every week of this programme has been deliberately structured by me.

The exercises haven't been chosen simply to keep things different or entertaining.

The weekly structure isn't random.

The strength sessions build upon one another.

Your mobility work complements your strength training.

Your training volume, recovery and progression have all been considered.

You don't have to understand programming.

That's what you're paying me for!

Your job is simply to turn up and train.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the 10 Week Challenge right for me?

If you want to train consistently, get stronger and move better, but you’re not quite sure what your training should actually look like, this Challenge was made for you.

Maybe you’re already exercising regularly but feel unsure whether your workouts are actually moving you forwards. Or perhaps you’ve fallen out of a routine and want a clear plan to help you get back into one.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll follow a structured mix of strength, yoga and mobility, with every session intentionally placed to help you progress.

You don’t need to figure out what to do, when to do it or how it all fits together - that’s my job!

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes - but it depends what you mean by beginner!

You don't need to be an experienced lifter or yogi to join. Every class is fully follow-along, I teach technique in detail, and I offer options and modifications throughout so you can adjust movements and choose weights that feel right for your current ability.

That said, this isn't an introduction to strength training or yoga. It's a programme designed to help you build on the foundations you already have through progressive strength, yoga and mobility training over 10 weeks.

If you've done some exercise before and you're ready to train with more structure and intention, you'll feel right at home.

And if you're ever unsure about an exercise, I'm active in the Community every day to answer questions and help you along the way.

I already train regularly - will this still challenge me?

Absolutely. In fact, many women who join this Challenge are already exercising regularly, they’re simply ready to give that effort more structure.

Because progress doesn’t come from constantly giving you more complicated exercises. It comes from the way you train, the effort you bring and how you build upon your own training across the 10 weeks.

You’ll repeat key movements, work on improving them and progressively increase the challenge as you get stronger. Your training meets you at your current level.

What's the difference between the Regular and Lite plans?

Regular includes 6 training days each week, while Lite includes 4.

Both follow the same training philosophy and combine strength, yoga and mobility. Lite simply offers a lower weekly training volume.

Regular is the complete 10 Week Challenge and is the version included with the Challenge Only Pass but you are more than welcome to follow Lite if this suits your preferences better!

This gives you the flexibility to choose the schedule that best fits your life, and to move between Regular and Lite during the Challenge if circumstances change.

Importantly, Lite isn’t the 'less committed' option. Four consistent sessions that fit your schedule are much more effective than choosing six and repeatedly struggling to complete them.

How long are the workouts?

All classes are around 30 minutes or less.

Do I need any equipment?

This challenge is designed to be completed with relatively simple equipment making it perfect for training at home if that is your preference.

To get the most out of the challenge, you’ll ideally have:

  • 2-3 sets of dumbbells (to challenge different muscle groups)

  • A chair and an exercise mat

  • Two yoga blocks

Not essential but can be utilised:

  • An exercise bench

Don’t worry if you don’t have everything, start with what you have and ask me for alternatives for anything you don't have access to.

Can I do other exercise alongside the Challenge?

Absolutely.

Walking, running, cycling, sports and other movement you enjoy can still fit around the Challenge.

I just don't recommend automatically adding lots of extra strength training on top. Your training volume and recovery have already been considered when I built the programme, so more isn't necessarily better.

What if I miss workouts or fall behind?

Life happens! Missing a workout or having a disrupted week doesn't mean you've failed the Challenge.

If you miss an occasional session, simply continue with the plan rather than trying to cram extra workouts in to catch up.

If you've had a longer break, you can pick things back up at a level that feels appropriate and build your intensity back gradually.

Challenge Pass holders also receive 12 weeks of access, giving you two additional weeks beyond the official 10 week programme in case you need a little extra time.

Can I start as soon as I enroll?

Enrollment opens before the Challenge begins so you have plenty of time to get set up and watch the introduction videos, but the programme itself will be released on Monday October 5th, when the challenge officially starts.

One of the best parts of the Challenge is having everyone move through the same training weeks together, so our coaching, conversations and community support all line up with where you are in the programme.

Before October 5th, you’ll have access to everything you need to prepare, choose your training schedule and make sure you’re ready to go.

Do I need to attend the coaching calls live?

Not at all.

We’ll have a live Coaching + Q&A session every two weeks throughout the Challenge, where we’ll dive deeper into topics that will help you get more from your training and you’ll have the opportunity to ask me questions directly.

If you can’t attend live, every session will be recorded and added to the Challenge for you to watch whenever suits you.

What's the difference between joining The Studio and the Challenge Only option?

Both options give you access to the complete 10-Week Challenge: the training plans, coaching sessions, Fuel for Fitness guide and Challenge community.

The Challenge Only Pass is a one time payment and gives you 12 weeks of access to the Challenge material.

A Yoga Rebel Studio membership gives you access to the Challenge for as long as your membership remains active, alongside the entire Studio: all of my other training programmes, hundreds of individual classes, the Exercise Library, Monthly Training Plans and everything else included with membership.

If you only want to join me for this Challenge, choose the Challenge Only Pass.

If you’d like access to everything inside The Studio as well, membership is the better option.

Will this challenge help with weight loss / toning?

The Challenge is designed primarily to help you get stronger, improve your mobility and flexibility, and train more effectively - it isn’t a weight-loss programme.

That said, strength training can absolutely support body composition goals. If fat loss is your goal, nutrition will play a significant role too, because losing body fat ultimately requires an appropriate calorie deficit.

I’ll help you understand some of the nutrition fundamentals that support your training - including protein - but I won’t prescribe restrictive diets or promise a particular amount of weight loss in 10 weeks.

The aim is to build a stronger, more capable body rather than chase a number on the scale.

What happens after the 10 weeks?

Hopefully, this is only the beginning!

By the end of the Challenge, you won’t just have completed 10 weeks of workouts, you’ll have a much better understanding of how to train effectively, how to challenge yourself appropriately and how strength, yoga and mobility can work together.

If you’re a Yoga Rebel Studio member, you can continue training with me through the other structured programmes and Monthly Training Plans inside The Studio.

If you purchased the Challenge Only Pass, you’ll have 12 weeks of access in total, after which you can choose whether you’d like to continue your training inside The Studio. There’s no automatic subscription or obligation to continue.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

If you join through a Yoga Rebel Studio membership, you can cancel your membership at any time to prevent future renewals. If you’re starting with the 7 day free trial, you won’t be charged as long as you cancel before the trial ends.

Once a membership payment has been processed, it is non-refundable due to the immediate access to digital content inside The Studio.

The Challenge Only Pass is also a digital product with immediate access to Challenge materials and is therefore non-refundable once purchased.

It is a one-time payment rather than a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you won’t be automatically charged again.

Please make sure you’re happy with your chosen option before purchasing, and if you’re unsure which is right for you, feel free to get in touch before joining.
