Rebel Resilience is a 10-week Yoga Rebel challenge designed to help you become a more capable, confident version of yourself - one who feels strong in their body, trusts their movement, and shows up with greater ease in everyday life.
Here, resilience doesn’t mean pushing too hard or doing too much, it means building a body that adapts, recovers, and supports you.
This programme isn’t a quick fix or a silver bullet, there's nothing gimmicky here - it’s simply an intelligently structured plan that blends strength training, mobility work, and yoga into an easy-to-follow schedule. One designed to help you move well, lift well, and defend against injury.

What To Expect
Each week of the programme contains:
• 3 x fully guided strength training workouts
• 3 x yoga and/or mobility classes
• 1 x 'Optional' Day for rest/other.
All are 30 minutes or less.

Complete a simple PDF check-in to stay accountable, motivated, and aware of your wins, challenges, and growth.
Track your progress with before-and-after pictures of specific stretches for flexibility tracking and muscle tone/appearance for strength.
(this is optional and accessible for all levels)
Simple, realistic meal ideas recipe e-book to help you fuel your training and reach your goals.

What You'll Need
Rebel Resilience is designed as a home-workout training plan because it uses minimal equipment while still giving you everything you need to build real strength and mobility. If you prefer to train at the gym, that's okay too!
Here’s what you’ll use across the 10 weeks:
Heavy: to challenge your lower body
Medium: for stronger upper-body movements
Light: for smaller muscles of the upper body
A few different strengths is ideal, so you can pick the one that feels suitably challenging depending on the exercise but one is enough!
For support, balance, and occasional strength variations.

How Does 'Enroll for the Challenge Only' work?
For the first time ever, we've made it possible to join a Yoga Rebel Challenge without needing a membership! Perfect if you want access to the full 10-week challenge without committing to an ongoing membership.
Here’s how it works:
Your Challenge-Only Purchase gives you complete access to all classes, live-streams, resources, and materials for the Rebel Resilience challenge.
Your 10-week access begins the day you purchase your access, and you’ll receive an additional 2 free weeks on top - giving you plenty of time to complete the challenge at your own pace, without needing to stick to the schedule perfectly.
This means you will have access for 12 weeks from the day of purchase.
At the end of your rental window, your access will simply expire.
No ongoing payments, no cancellation required.
If you decide you’d like to access the entire Studio, you’re welcome to upgrade to a membership at any point.

How do the Rebel Rewards work, and how are they awarded?
At the end of the 10-week challenge, 3 prizes will be awarded to recognise different ways people show up throughout the challenge.
Prizes will include 6 months Yoga Rebel membership, 1:1 private online session with Liv and free access to the next Rebel Resilience challenge. All prize winners are chosen by Liv at the end of the challenge.
🏅 The Community Heart Award
Awarded to the person who consistently brings a positive, supportive presence to the community board - encouraging others, sharing thoughtfully, and helping create a motivating, inclusive space.
This isn’t about posting the most, but about meaningful participation and genuine support.
💪 The Physical Progress Award
Awarded to a participant who demonstrates clear physical progress over the 10 weeks - this might look like improved strength, mobility, control, or confidence in movement.
Progress is assessed holistically and relative to the individual’s starting point - not aesthetics, weight loss, or comparison to others.
🔥 The Consistency & Commitment Award
Awarded to someone who shows steady commitment throughout the challenge - returning to training even when life gets busy, adapting when needed, and prioritising sustainable habits over perfection.
There is no leaderboard, no public ranking, and no requirement to “perform” for a prize - the intention is simply to celebrate effort, growth, and community.
What happens if I can’t start on the exact begin date?
The challenge officially starts on January 12th 2026 and we strongly encourage starting then if you can. Beginning together means you’ll move through the challenge alongside the rest of the community, creating shared momentum and accountability.
That said, we know life doesn’t always line up perfectly. If January 12th doesn’t work for you, you can still join and start anytime between January 5th and January 26th and complete the full challenge at your own pace.
If you’re joining via Challenge Only (rather than a Studio Membership), please note that your access begins on the day of purchase and expires 12 weeks later. For this reason, we recommend purchasing your entry when you’re ready to start.
How does the weekly check-in work?
Each week, you’ll fill out a short PDF check-in to track your progress, build accountability, and celebrate your wins. It keeps you focused, motivated, and aware of how far you've come!
On check-in day, you can also choose to share your reflections on the Community Board - a great way to stay accountable and cheer each other on.
How much time do I need each week?
Each week includes 3 strength classes and 3 yoga/mobility sessions. All of the classes are between 15 and 35 minutes long. You can choose the days that work best for you - you don't need to be perfect, sometimes you may need to skip a day and that's perfectly fine.
Do I need to join the live classes to complete the challenge?
Live classes are totally optional! They’re a fun way to connect, train together, and ask questions, but all are recorded and added to the challenge library for you to watch anytime.
How long do I have access to the challenge content?
Studio members will have permanent access for as long as you have an active membership!
Those who are enrolling for the Challenge Only will have access to all challenge videos and resources for a full 10 weeks + 2 bonus weeks starting on the date you purchase the challenge. After this period, access will automatically expire.
Will this challenge help with weight loss / toning?
This challenge isn’t specifically designed for weight loss - it's designed to help women build strength, improve mobility, feel fitter, or reconnect with movement.
Weight loss can happen for some people, but it this depends on a consistent calorie deficit, not the workouts alone.
What this challenge will give you is structure, accountability, and a balanced training plan… and if weight loss is your goal, you can absolutely pair it with nutrition that supports that. As part of this challenge, you’ll receive a Healthy Choices Recipe ebook to help you fuel your body in a healthy, balanced way throughout the challenge.
What equipment do I need?
Essential equipment:
You’ll need three sets of dumbbells (to challenge different muscles), one long resistance band, a chair, and an exercise mat.
Optional equipment:
An exercise bench and two yoga blocks can be helpful, but are not required to complete the challenge.

Will I be able to message Liv for coaching?
While I don't offer 1:1 coaching inside the challenge, you’ll still have plenty of support. I’m active on the Community Board every day, where you can ask questions specific to your experience.
The monthly live class and Q&A also give you the chance to get real-time guidance and personalised answers.
Do I have to submit before and after photos?
Absolutely not - submitting photos is completely optional.
Many women find that taking before and after photos is a powerful tool for self-motivation and a great way to visibly track progress. While taking them is highly encouraged for your own reflection, you do not have to submit them if you’d prefer to keep them private.
However, photo submissions are required if you’d like to be considered for the Rebel Rewards prizes.

You can download classes directly through the app to watch offline.
Downloads are stored on your device so you can train anywhere, anytime - even without internet access.
All Yoga Rebel Studio memberships, rentals, programmes, and digital products are delivered online with immediate access to videos, downloadable resources, and training materials. Because these items cannot be “returned” once delivered, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Because of this instant access, we’re unable to issue refunds, even if content hasn’t been started, used, or downloaded yet.
