Do I need experience to join?

Not at all!


The challenge is designed to be suitable for all levels, with options and guidance to help you work at your own pace.


Whether you’re getting back into training or already active, you’ll be able to follow along and make progress.

What if I can’t train 6 days per week?

That’s completely understandable and absolutely fine.


You’ll have the option to follow either a 4-day or 6-day training structure, depending on what fits your lifestyle schedule.


The goal is to establish a consistent routine in a way that works for you, not to try and force something that is unsustainable.

How long are the workouts?

All classes are around 30 minutes or less, making it easier to stay consistent alongside your daily life.

What’s included in the challenge?

You’ll follow a structured 10-week plan that combines:

  • Strength training

  • Yoga

  • Mobility work

Plus:

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Monthly live workouts + Q&A

  • Community support

  • Progress tracking

  • A simple recipe guide

Do I need any equipment?

You don’t need a full gym setup to get started! 


To get the most out of the challenge, you’ll ideally have:

  • 2–3 sets of dumbbells (to challenge different muscle groups)

  • One long resistance band

  • A chair and an exercise mat

Optional (but helpful):

  • An exercise bench

  • Two yoga blocks

Don’t worry if you don’t have everything, you can still follow the programme and adjust as needed.

When does the challenge start?

The challenge starts on Monday May 12th.


You’ll receive access as soon as you join so you can begin right away if this suit your schedule better.

What happens after the 10 weeks?

If you’re a Studio member, you’ll be able to continue training with a structured programme that leads on directly from this challenge, designed to help you keep progressing.


The goal isn’t just to 'complete a challenge', it’s to build something you can stick to long-term.

What’s the difference between joining The Studio and the Challenge Only option?

If you join The Yoga Rebel Studio, you’ll get:

  • Full access to the entire platform

  • The 10-week challenge included

  • All new classes and programmes

  • The ability to continue training after the challenge

If you choose Challenge Only, you’ll get access to the 10-week challenge for its duration, but not ongoing training afterwards.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you join the Studio on a monthly membership, you’ll start with a 7-day free trial.


You won’t be charged during this time, you can access everything inside The Studio and you can cancel anytime before it ends.


If you choose to stay, your membership continues at £50/month.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through your account.


If you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Will this challenge help with weight loss / toning?

This challenge isn’t designed as a weight-loss programme, and weight loss will depend on things like nutrition, overall activity, sleep, stress and consistency.


What it is designed to do is help you build strength, improve mobility, feel more capable in your body and create a consistent training routine. Many members notice changes in how they feel, move, lift and carry themselves, which can absolutely support body composition goals over time.


As part of this challenge, you’ll receive a Fuel For Fitness Ebook to help you fuel your body in a healthy, balanced way.

What is the Refund Policy?

Due to the digital nature of the challenge and Studio membership, payments are non-refundable.


If you join via the membership, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard and keep access until the end of your billing period. The 7-day free trial gives you time to explore before payment begins.
