Together, they’ll challenge your muscles, build your resilience, and push your limits, while also calming your nervous system, improving flexibility, and helping you recover faster, so you can keep progressing toward your goals.

Whats Included ⬇️
The Yin & Yang Experience is included in any Yoga Rebel Studio membership, so you’ll get access to the full 6-week plan plus all our other classes, challenges, and community support.
Each week includes:
☯ 3 Yang Classes - strength training, mobility and energising yoga flows.
☯ 2 Yin Classes - grounding, deep-stretch practices to restore your body + soothe your nervous system.
☯ 2 Optional Days - to do as your body needs. Push or Pause, your choice.
You’ll find most classes are short and manageable - 20 to 40 minutes - to fit into your full, busy life.
There are 2 longer sessions within the programme (45-60 minutes). These aren’t there to take up your time, they’re there to give it back to you. These extended yin practices are designed to stretch your ability to be still, to go deeper, to listen. They’ll challenge you in a very different way...and they might just become your favourites!
Why slowing down makes you stronger (the science!)
When you take time to recover, you’re not just giving your body a break, you’re actively shifting into your parasympathetic nervous system, also known as your “rest and digest” state. It's the opposite system to "fight or flight".
This is the state where:

💓 Cortisol (stress hormone) levels decrease

Practices like Yin Yoga are scientifically shown to activate this system, helping your body recover more deeply, your nervous system reset, and your energy return.
When paired with resistance training, Yin can support better recovery, reduced DOMS (sore muscles the day after training), and enhanced flexibility without interfering with strength gains.

What You'll Need
You don’t need a fully stocked home gym to join The Yin & Yang Experience, just a few simple items to help you move comfortably and get the most from each class.
Yoga blocks (or sturdy books as a substitute)
A pair of dumbbells (choose a weight that feels challenging but doable)
A chair
Pillows or a yoga bolster
Yoga strap (a scarf or belt works just as well!)
If you’re missing something, don’t worry! We’ll offer modifications and creative swaps so you can follow along with whatever you have on hand.

Prefer a bigger screen? You can cast to your TV for the full at-home studio experience.
