Do I need any equipment to get started?

What if I’m completely new to strength training (or yoga)?

Then you're in the perfect place 🙌🏼


We have a dedicated section for beginners to help you get started, build confidence in your abilities and progress at your own pace. 


You can filter classes by level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and intensity to find something to suit your needs, and all classes and programmes are full of modifications, options an alternatives to help you move your body in a way that works for you.

I only have a small space, can I still do these workouts?

If you have space for a yoga/exercise mat, you have enough space!


All the programmes in The Yoga Rebel Studio are designed for home training with minimal space required.

Is this suitable if I want to train in the gym instead?

Yes! While all of our programmes are designed to be done at home with minimal equipment, our LIFT programmes include gym-friendly options.


Every LIFT programme includes 'exercise swaps' that you are welcome to choose if you prefer to train in a gym setting where there is a vast range of equipment. We even have a dedicated 'LIFT: Gym' programme which is primarily designed for gym goers.


Whether you're following a strength programme, watching a mobility warm up before your training or taking a yoga class post-workout, The Yoga Rebel Studio is there for you on all devices, including the ability to download videos for offline viewing!

Can I follow a structured programme or do I choose classes freely?

You can do both!


If you love structure and want a clear path to follow, we offer a variety of guided programmes that tell you exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to progress.


These are perfect if you want to build strength, mobility, or flexibility with a specific goal in mind.


Prefer to mix things up or choose your own adventure?


You also have access to the full class library, where you can browse and pick any class you like, whether that’s a quick yoga flow, an upper body strength session, or a recovery mobility class.


It's your practice, your choice.

How much time do I need for each class?

Inside the studio, you’ll find classes ranging from 5 to 75 minutes, so whether you’ve got a full hour to dedicate or just want to squeeze in a quick, effective session, there’s always an option to fit your day.


Some members love stacking shorter classes together, while others prefer to follow a longer, single session, the choice is yours.

Is this suitable for women over 30, 40, or beyond?

Yes - in fact, it’s designed with you in mind!


As women, we naturally start to lose bone density from the age of 30, which makes strength training an essential part of maintaining strong bones, muscle mass, and overall vitality as we age.


Yoga alone isn’t enough to support this, which is why The Yoga Rebel Studio blends strength, mobility, and yoga in a way that protects and empowers your body for the long haul.


You’ll also find ongoing support inside our community group, where we talk about things like nutrition, prioritising protein, and fueling your body well, all key pieces of staying strong and healthy, especially through perimenopause and beyond.


Plus, Liv is peri- and post-menopausal trained, so everything in the studio is built to help you feel capable, confident, and fully supported at every stage of life.

Subscriptions + Payments

What is included in a subscription?

Every membership comes with unlimited access to the entire library of content in the Studio.


The platform has over 600 classes, and 40 programmes ranging from vinyasa yoga, body weight strength training, mobility classes or strength building with weights.


You can access the Studio via any device - desktop, tablet, mobile or use AirPlay/ChromeCast to watch the videos on a TV.


Videos are downloadable via the app so you can watch anywhere, anytime, even when you have no access to the internet.


You will also gain access to the Community Board where Liv is on hand to answer your questions, review your form or offer advice personalised to you!


There is also our monthly calendar with the Class of The Day which is designed by Liv to give you a well-rounded approach to your movement practice and take the hassle of choosing away from you!


New content is added frequently, with either new programmes each month or new classes uploaded, averaging a new video every 5 days.

What kind of classes do you offer?

The Yoga Rebel Studio has a diverse range of classes to suit all your fitness needs!


We have a huge number of:

  • Yoga classes ranging from powerful hour-long flow classes, to short and sweet 10 minute gentle stretch classes.

  • Mobility classes to target all areas of the body, from ankle mobility, thoracic mobility, hip mobility and everything in between.

  • Strength classes with endless options! Bodyweight only. Dumbbell only. Lower Body + Core focus. Upper Body Focus. etc

  • 'Yoga Strong' classes - where we add weights or resistance bands to a yoga flow to get a full body yoga-inspired workout!

  • 'Workshops' which are deep dive, educational, long form videos to learn about various mobility, yoga or fitness topics. From Anatomy for yoga teachers to yoga class sequencing, foundations of arm balances to the biomechanics of a middle splits.

  • And then we also have all our programmes which intelligently link together specific classes to help you reach specific goals!


You can use our filter functions to easily navigate to videos that fit your needs - narrow your search by Duration, Level, Intensity or Body Part or use the Search Bar to search specific words that meet your needs (e.g. ankle mobility, e.g. crow pose, e.g. RDLs)



Do you offer a free trial?

Yes!


You can get a feel for The Yoga Rebel Studio through our Free Yoga Rebel Week: a carefully designed week-long class bundle that gives you a taste of what it’s like to train inside the studio.


Over the course of the week, you’ll experience a mix of strength, yoga, and mobility classes, just like a typical week inside the full membership. It’s the perfect way to see how our blend of training styles can help you build strength, move better, and feel amazing, all from home, and with no commitment.

How much is the subscription?

You can choose between a monthly or an annual subscription.


The cost of a monthly subscription is £50 per month and the cost of an annual subscription is £42.50 per month with a one-time payment of £510.


The renewal of your subscription is automatic and you can cancel it at any time via your account.

Is this available in my country?

You can join The Yoga Rebel Studio no matter where in the world you live!


It is accessed via the internet at any time of day, in any time zone!


The office hours of when we can respond to your emails are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm UK time.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is accepted via Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal - worldwide.

How do I change my payment method?

Once you have subscribed to The Yoga Rebel Studio, if you would like to change the payment method for your next payment, please navigate to Dashboard > Purchases and scroll down to Payment Method where you can update these details.

I forgot to cancel my subscription, can I get a refund?

For users who are subscribed to our annual plans, we send out an email 30 days before your membership is due to renew to remind you of the upcoming renewal so you can decide if you would like to cancel your membership or remain a member for another year.


We let your subscription remain entirely in your control and therefore unfortunately we are not able to process refunds after your payment has been taken (unless an error has been made by us, for example a technical issue with the website)


Please pay attention to your subscription via your Dashboard so you aware of your renewal dates and charges - we make it as clear as possible what charges to expect and when to make it fair for everyone 😊

Web vs App

What is the difference between the web version of the Studio and app?

Every programme and class that we create for The Yoga Rebel Studio is available via both the web platform and the iOS/Google app.


Your login details are the same for both but there are a few extra features you get to enjoy via the app:


  • Download videos to be able to watch them offline

  • Play your own music in the background (e.g. Spotify) to accompany the class you are taking

  • Create personalised playlists of classes

  • Share videos in the Community Board



Where can I download the app?

The Yoga Rebel Studio app is available on both iOS and Android.


Simply search for 'The LL Studio' in your app store or head to the Community Board where we have a direct link!


If you are already a member you can then log in with the same username and password as you do on the web version. If you're new to the platform, you can sign up here and the app download link will be within your welcome email.

How do I create my own playlist?

Creating your own playlist is a great way to easily organise and find the classes that suit any particular need you have. 


Personalised playlists are only available via The Yoga Rebel Studio App.


When you are within the app, each and every video has a 'Save' button just below the video player.


To add a video to a playlist, click 'Save' and then choose the playlist you would like to add this video to, or click 'New Playlist' to create a new one.


These personalised playlists that you create are then found under 'Account' > 'Playlists'

How do I download a video to watch offline?

Downloading videos to watch offline is only available on The Yoga Rebel Studio App.


To download a video, click the 'Download' button which is found directly beneath the video player.


This video will then save to your downloads folder which is found via 'Account' > 'Downloads'

I'm new here, can I sign up via the app?

We very much discourage anyone from creating an account and subscribing via the app because in doing so, you are starting a subscription with Apple/Google and not The Yoga Rebel Studio.


Not only does that mean that the majority of your payment is going to large corporations instead of The Yoga Rebel Studio, but it also means we are unable to offer any assistance with your account nor apply any coupons or discounts when offered.


The best way to support Liv and her business is to create an account via the web.


You will then receive a confirmation email for your subscription with a direct link to download the app. 


Please note that no-matter where you subscribe via, you can still enjoy all the content within The Yoga Rebel Studio.
