LIFT: Gym

Each LIFT programme is a full body strength and yoga programme - because no matter your goals, we don't believe in neglecting any part of the body.

Most of the LIFT programmes are designed for home workouts, however this edition of LIFT is Gym, which means it uses a wider range of equipment beyond what you would expect to find at home. This allows you to learn new exercises and challenge your muscles in new ways that are not possible when training from home!

Each week you can expect:


4 strength training workouts

2 yoga/mobility classes


The training workouts in this programme are designed to take you 50-60 minutes each.

Your training doesn’t have to stop here! After you have finished the initial programme, repeating it and watching your weights, strength and progress continue to grow is highly recommended. Progress doesn’t come from continual change, consistency is key!
