
Why I Created This Challenge
Let’s be honest, summer can be chaotic.
Whether it’s kids off school, travel plans, social occasions or just a shift in your routine, it’s easy for your workouts to slide to the bottom of the list... and let’s face it - that never leaves us feeling our best, right?
That’s why I created the Start Summer Strong Challenge, a 4-week experience designed to help you feel energised, motivated and proud of your consistency before summer sweeps you away.
It’s your chance to build momentum, create a routine that sticks, and feel strong, capable, and accomplished - so you can carry that energy confidently through the whole summer (and feel amazing doing it ❤️).
