LIFT: Middle Splits

Each LIFT programme is a full body strength and yoga programme - because no matter your goals, we don't believe in neglecting any part of the body.


This edition of LIFT is Middle Splits which is designed to help you achieve the strength and flexibility you need for a side split, whilst maintaining a well-rounded approach to full-body fitness. The training workouts in this programme are designed to take you 30-40 minutes each. 


Each week you can expect:

3 strength training workouts

2 yoga/mobility classes


This programme requires dumbbells, a chair/bench, resistance bands and a 'door wedge' to secure your resistance band in place which usually come with resistance band sets.

Your training doesn’t have to stop here! After you have finished the initial programme, repeating it and watching your weights, strength and progress continue to grow is highly recommended. Progress doesn’t come from continual change, consistency is key!
