Meet Liv: Creator of The Yoga Rebel Method

Hi friends! I’m Liv - yoga teacher, strength coach, anatomy nerd, and the founder of The Yoga Rebel Method!


Before becoming a full-time movement coach, I studied biology and diagnostics at university, then went on to spend a decade working in healthcare, looking at bodies from in the inside, out, in medical imaging!


This background sparked my deep respect for the human body - how it moves, functions and reacts to the ways we treat it. And is also what set me out on my mission to help people with their health and fitness - to improve their quality of life and help them build a strong, resilient body that would keep them away from my former colleagues! 👀


This all laid the foundation for the method I teach today - one that’s rooted in science, not social media trends.


Over the past 9 years of teaching, I’ve helped thousands of women build strength, mobility, and confidence through a blend of yoga, strength training, and intentional movement. I believe your workouts should support your life, not exhaust you or push you to burn out.


My style is no-nonsense but encouraging! I’ll challenge you, but I’ll also meet you where you're at, and I always explain why we’re doing something, so you can move with purpose and understanding, not just blindly follow.


The Yoga Rebel Method is about making strength and yoga feel accessible, smart, and fun - especially for women who want to train in a way that actually gets them results - from improved body composition, to the weight you can lift, to unlocking previously impossible yoga poses!
